"The lessons were okay overall, but I wouldn’t..."
The lessons were okay overall, but I wouldn’t say they were amazing. A few topics felt rushed, like they were just trying to get through the material instead of really explaining it. I also got a couple of those generic “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses when I brought it up, which made it more frustrating. I’d rather get a real answer than a canned apology.

"Kind of hit or miss for the price"
The course was decent and I did pick up some useful stuff, but it felt a bit hit or miss. For what it costs, I expected more hands-on practice and better support along the way.

"Pretty good instructors, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from Intellectual Point at first, but I have to admit it was a good experience. The instructor definitely knew his stuff and explained the material in a way that actually made sense. It didn’t feel too rushed, and he used real work examples when answering questions, which helped a lot. I’m still not someone who gets excited about cert prep, but this did make me feel more confident going into the exam.

I had a good experience with their customer service. I reached out with a couple questions and they actually got back to me Fast, not like those places where you wait forever. The answers were Clear enough, and they even followed up after, which I really appreciated.

"I took my course with Intellectual Point..."
I took my course with Intellectual Point , and honestly , the job support made a big difference . They helped clean up my resume and got me ready for interviews , which I really needed . It did take a little while , but I eventually got placed in a solid IT role . I’m happy with how everything turned out

"Good communication and easy to deal with"
I had a good experience with Intellectual Point, at least from the admin side of things. The communication was clear and, you know, they actually got back to me without making me wait forever.
Nothing felt confusing or difficult to follow. They were polite, answered my questions, and helped me get everything sorted out... so overall, I’m really happy with how it went.

"Classes that actually fit my busy week"
I had a really good experience with Intellectual Point, mainly because the class schedule was easy to fit into my life. I work full time, so finding something that didn’t completely throw off my week felt like a small win for me.
The timing options made it simple to attend class without feeling like I was rushing from one thing to the next. It was nice being able to keep up with work and still make progress on something I wanted to do for myself.
I also had to adjust my timing at one point, and it wasn’t a hassle at all. Overall, it was super convenient, and that alone makes it a 5-star experience for me.

"Glad I reached out after the training"
After the training, I still had a few questions, and I figured it made sense to ask instead of guessing and possibly doing something wrong. Support got back to me quickly and cleared things up, so I felt a lot more confident moving forward.
